The Institute of Biblical Culture (IBC) is an independent, coeducational institution dedicated
to the spirit of “hasteningthe coming of the Messiah.” The specific mission of the IBC is to educate,
encourage and instruct disciples of Yeshua (Jesus); first, to educate believers raising their level of
understanding of God’s revelation as found from Genesis to Revelation, the Written Word. Secondly, to
encourage the practical application of God’s divine directives found in the Scriptures making them the
Living Word. Thirdly, to instruct students of the necessity to be active in their respective communities
assisting each other and local congregations.
Special emphasis will be given to understanding the Culture of the Bible (Biblical Culture) and the
Jewish Background / Roots of the Scriptures for the purpose of living (adopting) it.

- Practice – We will illustrate that what the Bible teaches has practical application, showing the Scriptures are not only
for study, but that study should lead to action and doing the will of God. Special emphasis will be placed on devotion to self
improvement and to the practical application of the Scriptures to personal and family life, marriage life, church life,
and reaching as far as the individuals influence in his or her community.
- Evangelism - We will teach the theology of Evangelism and the practical application of Evangelistic principles and practices.
Why IBC?
The New Testament speaks about the foundation of our faith being built on the Apostles and Prophets with Yeshua being the
Chief Corner Stone (Eph), but what was been built upon this foundation took the form of the Eastern and Western churches
based on two differing cultures and philosophies. Both have some wonderful attributes but both are very different from
Biblical Culture which the Church was meant to be guided by. At IBC we have the wonderful opportunity to reconnect to
our heritage and the true culture of the Church which we call Biblical Culture.
Who Is IBC For?
Anyone who studies at the IBC will begin to learn and master essential biblical truths and principles.
Not only will the student learn new and exciting ways to read, study and understand the Bible but just as important
he or she will learn how their new knowledge can be applied in practical ways for everyday life. This can truly
transform the individual. Students will become knowledgeable in the area of, what is popularly called, Jewish Roots
and will be capable of teaching and helping others to learn, apply and live the culture God meant for believers.
Each Seminar Course is developed in the spirit and point of view of John 17:17,
“Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.”
